Calabash Boom

Calabash Boom Apartments on St. John was an extremely challenging project that demonstrates GEC’s proficiency and expertise.  The project was the build out of 48 apartments and 24 town homes on in a locale where construction resources are extremely limited.

The constructed product was generally three story, cast-in-place concrete structures.  Additionally, GEC executed earthwork, site utilities and infrastructure such as roads, water, sewer, electrical, parking lots, and retaining walls.
