East End Plaza was the new construction of a 60,000 sf mixed use commercial and  retail mall complex with a 300-parking space controlled parking area.  For years the project was stalled because bids exceeded the budget.  The developer, however, contacted GEC after observing the  build out of Lovenlund Apartments.  GEC ably value engineered the project and lowered costs by 33%.
