Scope of Work for the Grandview development consisted of the construction of nine three story apartment buildings, one community center with a maintenance bay and storage room, one central potable water cistern with upper slab serving as a play lot, mail kiosk, site structures, site utilities, driveways, parking areas, retaining walls, site lighting, landscaping, drainage and photovoltaic array and associated electrical service equipment and structural support.

GEC displaced in excess of 35,000 cubic yards of in situ material for this project. Another interesting feature is the photovoltaic array that provides residence with power directly to their solar water heaters.
