Louis E. Brown I

Louis E. Brown Phase I was the build out of 102 one, two, and three bedroom residential units in twelve (12) two-story garden style buildings, and a one single-story garden style building.  Amenities include a clubhouse with a gym and computer center, a laundry building, on site parking and others.  In addition to the buildings the scope of work included site grading, cistern, site drainage, roads, sewer, water and underground electric distribution installation. 

GEC’s added value for the developer, Louis E. Brown Ltd. I, based on years of experience in the Virgin Islands was demonstrated throughout the project. Especially noteworthy is that all of LEB I’s  buildings were ready for occupancy 15 months after the Notice to Proceed.
