The second phase of Louis E. Brown Phase  was the build out of 40 senior residential units in a three story poured in place concrete structure.  Amenities include a multi-purpose room, fitness room, library, laundry rooms, activity rooms and an elevator. 

This project is especially noteworthy as the first multi-family residential project in the U.S. Virgin Islands to incorporate net metering for independent units and common spaces.  Each residential unit also has a solar water heater to ease the utility burden of residents.
